1) Scope

This policy applies only to professional services (e.g., consulting, implementation, support) and subscriptions (e.g., platforms, memberships, maintenance) purchased on our website and processed by our payment providers (including Stripe), subject to applicable law.

2) Services (projects, consulting, implementation)

  • Before start: 100% refund if you cancel before kickoff or the first scheduled session.
  • After start: we may issue a pro-rated refund for the unrendered portion, less:
    • hours and deliverables already completed;
    • non-recoverable third-party costs (licenses, media, tools, subcontractors);
    • reasonable administrative fees (if applicable).
  • Completed services: non-refundable.

Appointments & no-shows: cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered rendered and are non-refundable. When feasible, we offer rescheduling at no charge if notified ≥24 hours in advance.

Deposits/retainers: secure scheduling and resources. Refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before kickoff; after kickoff, the retainer is non-refundable and applied to work performed.

3) Subscriptions (software, support, memberships)

  • You may cancel anytime via your account or by emailing info@marketimedigital.com.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • The current billing period is non-refundable (except for billing errors or where required by law).
  • Free trials / promos: if you don’t cancel before the trial end date/time, your plan renews at the selected rate; such charges are non-refundable, though you may cancel future periods.
  • Extended outages attributable to us (e.g., continuous unavailability >24h) may qualify for pro-rata credits at our discretion.

4) Billing errors & duplicate charges

If you notice a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact us. We will adjust or refund after verification.

5) Anti-fraud & disputes

We may hold or delay refunds while investigating potential fraud or abuse. If you see an unrecognized charge, email us first at info@marketimedigital.com; most issues are resolved faster than a chargeback.

6) How to request a refund

Email info@marketimedigital.com with:

  • Subject: Refund Request – Order #[number]
  • Name and purchase email
  • Service/subscription type, purchase date
  • Reason and any evidence (if applicable)

Timelines: we reply within 2–3 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank/card issuer timelines may vary).

7) Late or missing refunds

If you don’t see the credit 10 business days after our confirmation, check with your bank/issuer, then contact us and include our confirmation.

8) Limitations & legal precedence

Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable consumer rights. Where a conflict exists, applicable law prevails. Marketime Digital LLC may update this policy at any time; the “Last updated” date indicates the current version.
